With a bold vision to expand its flexible workspace footprint from 500,000 sq ft to 1 million sq ft by 2028, the company is entering an exciting new phase of growth and transformation.About the RoleThis is a newly created, permanent opportunity to support the delivery of Day 2 fit-out and refresh projects across the company's expanding flex workspace portfolio. Youll manage small works and minor refurbishments that enhance and maintain high-quality, operational workspace experiences.Though your primary focus will be Day 2 projects (~7080%), you'll occasionally support Day 1 delivery as part of a collaborative environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end design and delivery of Day 2 projects (up to 250k), including meeting rooms, phone booths, FF&E, paintwork, flooring, dressing, planting, joinery, and lightingConduct site visits and scoping sessions with project managers, leasing, customer experience, and portfolio teamsProduce design documentation using Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp including GA sets, finishes, layouts, lighting plans, and joinery detailsManage FF&E specification and procurement sourcing, pricing, and selecting fabrics, furniture, rugs, and lighting, with an emphasis on reusing inventory where feasibleCollaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to uphold design and delivery standardsSupport compliance, procurement, and project documentation through SharePointRequired Skills & Experience810 years experience in interior or workplace designAdvanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft OfficeProven experience with Day 2 or post-occupancy fit-out and refresh projectsDeep knowledge of FF&E sourcing and supplier managementComfortable working on-site and directly coordinating with contractorsStrong project management and costing skills able to juggle multiple active projectsPragmatic and delivery-focused capable of executing quick-turnaround tasks with careCultural FitCollaborative and ego-free thrives in a team-oriented, delivery-focused environmentAdaptable and flexible happy to support Day 1 delivery when neededHighly organised and proactive enjoys working at pace in an embedded teamPassionate about creating high-quality workspaces and exceptional user experiencesPreferred BackgroundDegree-qualified in interior design or architectureExperience with a leading design studio in workplace or flexible workspace designKnowledge of coworking/flex operators or premium workplace environmentsHospitality design experience a plus (particularly in FF&E, art, and styling)If you are interested in this exciting opportunity, please contact Sam Lee on 020 3757 5000 or email s.lee@capstone-recruitment.com
