The London office specializes in:EducationIndustrials & EnergyHealth Sciences & WellnessRetail & Consumer GoodsTechnology, Media & TelecomsThe WorkTypical project types include:Commercial due diligence (CDD)Strategy development and assessmentMarket entry and opportunity sizingProduct and business unit strategyDivestment and portfolio analysisYoull work with both global corporate clients and private equity firms, with continuous development and a fast-paced, rewarding environment.Your Role as Engagement ManagerAs an Engagement Manager, youll lead major client engagements across a range of strategic topics, including corporate strategy and commercial due diligence. You'll shape deliverables, manage client relationships, and support and mentor consultantsall while being backed by our senior leadership team.Key responsibilities:Lead and manage project teams of 410 consultantsFoster an inclusive and collaborative team cultureIdentify and develop client opportunitiesCollaborate across consulting and adjacent service lines (e.g. tax, assurance)Contribute to internal initiatives such as recruitment, innovation, trainingProvide mentorship and career development support to junior team membersWhat Were Looking ForWere seeking driven professionals who thrive on solving complex challenges and enjoy working in a dynamic team environment.Required:5+ years relevant experiencePrior experience in strategy consultingIndustry or consulting experience in logistics, 3PL, freight forwarding, parcel delivery, or related areasCommercial due diligence experienceStrong corporate & growth strategy project experienceBackground in Industrials & Energy, especially in logistics (inbound/outbound transport, warehousing, fulfillment)Strong project management and analytical skillsClear, confident communicator with a collaborative mindsetLondon-based and able to work on-site with clients when requiredPreferred:Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPointBusiness development experienceComfortable working under pressure and to tight deadlinesDemonstrated ability to coach and develop junior team membersExperience working across global teamsWhat We OfferWe offer a competitive salary and performance-based bonuses, along with a benefits package tailored to your individual needs.
