Our mission is to make family experiences more affordable, providing easy and seamless access to a wide range of exciting offers.Role OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Digital Product Assistant to support the management and upkeep of the offers on our website and app. This role is essential in ensuring that our members have a seamless and engaging experience by maintaining the quality, accuracy, and availability of the offers featured on Kids Pass.The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and customer-focused, with a keen eye for detail. They will take ownership of the offers, ensuring they are displayed correctly, function as expected, and provide a great first impression for our users.Key Responsibilities Offer Management: Ensure all offers on the Kids Pass platform are up to date, accurate, and visually appealing, including checking images, copy, and pricing.Quality Assurance: Regularly audit and test offers to ensure they work correctly for users, resolving any issues promptly.Content & Copy Management: Ensure promotional descriptions are engaging, clear, and error-free to provide the best user experience.Price Verification & Compliance: Validate pricing claims, substantiations, and offer terms to ensure transparency and accuracy.Availability Monitoring: Track offer availability and proactively manage any changes to prevent outdated or broken deals from appearing.Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Support to ensure smooth operation and promotion of offers.Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of offers, track performance metrics, and report key insights for optimisation.User Experience Focus: Consider the user journey, ensuring a smooth and intuitive experience that maximises engagement and retention.Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any technical or content-related issues that may impact the user experience.Requirements & SkillsExperience in a digital product, content management, or administrative role.Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.Comfortable working with website content management systems (CMS) and basic image editing tools.Strong written and verbal communication skills.A user-first mindset, with a focus on delivering a high-quality experience for members.Experience with data entry and quality assurance processes.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Interest or experience in e-commerce, digital platforms, or membership-based services is a plus.What We OfferOpportunity to be part of a growing digital platform making family experiences more affordable.A collaborative and supportive work environment.Competitive salary and benefits.Flexible working arrangements.Career growth opportunities within a fast-paced digital business.
