Drive CRM Implementation Collaborate with IT teams to test, integrate, and monitor CRM tools. Maintain data health through regular audits and cleansing activities. Optimize Sales Processes Standardize and support sales activity tracking across the business development network to enhance performance and efficiency. Provide CRM Support & Training Deliver system training, troubleshoot user issues, and provide technical support using service management tools. Enable Business Intelligence Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that support data-led decision-making across commercial functions.What we are looking for Languages Fluent in English; excellent written and verbal communication skills. Additional languages are a plus. Experience Prior experience working with CRM platforms (Zoho CRM preferred), including user training, support, and reporting. Familiarity with customer journey mapping and data quality analysis is advantageous. Skills Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; confident presenting to groups and working across diverse teams. Tech-Savvy Comfortable working with CRM tools and IT service management platforms. Knowledge of the Deluge programming language is desirable.
