In this role, youll be responsible for managing a 360 permanent Early Childhood desk whilst guiding, inspiring, and driving team success.Key responsibilities include:Supporting team members to meet and exceed goalsLeading by example with accountability and exceptional serviceManage and develop a personal billing desk, sourcing top talent and maintaining strong client relationships within early childhood education.Developing and implementing operational plans that deliver resultsCoaching and mentoring to build leadership capacityPromoting One Team behaviors for organisational alignmentAttracting, onboarding, and marketing educators, while fostering professional relationships to enhance client and educator satisfaction.What Youll BringLeadership or management experience within agency recruitmentEligibility for sponsorship Exceptional communication skills and attention to detailProven success in delivering customer outcomesA growth mindset and drive to succeedStrong IT and administrative skillsAn education background or deep knowledge of the market is a plusWhy Join Us?
