As investors seek greater transparency into funds and their underlying assets, the Accelex solution automates the extraction of unstructured performance and transaction data from a wide range of private investment documents.Summary: Experienced and motivated Program Manager to drive the execution of cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales. You will oversee multiple strategic programs, ensuring timely delivery, effective stakeholder communication, and alignment with company goals. This role is critical to ensuring our SaaS solutions continue to evolve in line with client needs and market demands. Key Responsibilities: Lead planning and execution of cross-departmental client programs that align with product and professional services Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Professional Services teams to define program goals, milestones, and success metrics.Program governance: Manage program, timelines, risks, and dependencies. Drive stakeholder communication, ensuring visibility and alignment throughout the program lifecycle. Establish and monitor KPIs to track program health, outcomes, and continuous improvement. Ensure that deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations. Prepare and present program updates to executive leadership and during Steering committee with clients.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or Masters a plus. 5+ years of experience in program or project management in a SaaS or tech environment. Proven ability to manage multiple high-impact initiatives simultaneously. Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and presentation skills.
