You will be responsible for driving new client leads, nurturing & growing relationships with existing clients, and owning & managing a portfolio of accounts. You will leverage your deep knowledge of the AdTech industry and the programmatic advertising landscape, along with bringing a strong network of senior-level client and agency contacts, (travel preferred), to achieve and exceed sales targets.The ideal candidate will have experience in AdTech and data, with a proven track record of closing high-value deals and growing strategic enterprise partnerships.Responsibilities: New Business Development: Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities with brands and agencies.Client Relationship Management: Own and grow a portfolio of accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term success.Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate strong relationships with senior-level decision-makers in client organizations and media agencies.Sales Execution: Lead all stages of the sales process, from lead generation and pitching to contract negotiation and closing.Programmatic Expertise: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of the programmatic advertising landscape to create tailored solutions that meet client needs.Revenue Growth: Drive revenue by upselling and cross-selling within your book of business.Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Product, and Customer Success) to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and ensure client success.Travel: Regular travel to client meetings, industry events, and conferences, as required, to maintain and build relationships.Education & Work ExperienceBachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.6+ years of experience in AdTech or programmatic sales with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.KnowledgeStrong portfolio of senior-level client and agency relationships, travel vertical preferred.Solid background in strategic B2B sales, particularly in programmatic environments.Passion for the AdTech industry and staying ahead of the latest trends and innovations.SkillsDeep understanding of programmatic advertising, including DSPs, SSPs, and data-driven advertising solutions.Experience working with major media agencies or large brands.Solid understanding of 1st Party Data and Data monetization.Ability to develop, pitch, and close high-value business deals.Ability to develop and grow strategic partnerships, expanding account revenue through upselling and cross-selling.Familiarity with analytics, measurement, and campaign optimization tools.AttitudeProblem-solving ability is the capacity to tackle complex or challenging situations.Detail-oriented and committed to high-quality, accurate outputs.Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines effectively.Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams and time zones.Adaptable and flexible in handling changing priorities and fast-paced environments.We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer and are committed to providing a diverse and inclusive workplace.
