This is a hands-on leadership role focused on delivering operational excellence, improving service delivery, and ensuring seamless supply chain flow. This position is to be based in London.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and continuously improve logistics and supply chain processesCoordinate operations between origin and destination points, ensuring timely and efficient executionLead and develop a small team across logistics, operations, or customer serviceMaintain high service standards and customer satisfaction levelsIdentify bottlenecks and implement process improvements across the supply chainIdeal Background:Proven experience in international logistics, shipping, or end-to-end supply chain coordinationStrong operational mindset with a track record in origin-destination managementExperience leading small teams in an operations or logistics environmentExposure to commodities, FMCG, or retail supply chains preferredComfortable working cross-border, specifically Africa Origin Destinations, with stakeholders across diverse geographies.
