About You Do you see every opportunity as a chance to learn, improve & develop?Are you able to communicate with all types of stakeholders, including those from a technical background?Are you self-motivated & determined to obtain positive outcomes & results?Perhaps youre also eager to grow & learn with a fast-growing company?To top it off, you have a knack for strategic prospecting, a natural ability to connect with prospects, and are driven to meet and exceed both yours & the team target?If youre ready to play a vital role in our mission of securing businesses against cyber threats while advancing your career in sales, wed love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesOutbound Calling & Lead QualificationInitiate outbound calls to prospective contactsConduct initial qualification of leads by gathering key information, assessing interest, and determining their readiness to engage with our cyber security solutions(Use of BANT/MEDDPICC Frameworks preferable but not essential) Data ManagementMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of call outcomes, prospect interactions, and appointment schedules in our CRM system.(Previous experience of using HubSpot is preferable but not essential) Follow established calling structures and guidelines to ensure consistency and professionalism in all outbound communications.Performance MetricsMeet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for outbound calls, qualified leads, ICP (Ideal Customer Profiling) data attainment and scheduled appointments.Appointment SchedulingCollaborate closely with BDMs to schedule appointments, service offering presentations, demonstrations, or follow-up meetings with qualified prospects.CollaborationWork effectively with BDMs, Marketing, and other team members to optimise lead generation efforts and maximise sales opportunities.Continuous LearningStay informed about Norms cyber security solutions, industry trends, and the competitive landscape to effectively communicate value propositions and address prospect enquiries. Ideal Profile12-year experience within a B2B Sales / Account Executive or B2C Sales role, ideally within the IT Services industry.Experience with sales methodologies - BANT & MEDDPICC (Preferable, but not essential)A problem solver & tech savvyYou have working knowledge of SDR, Outbound Call, Customer Service, Lead Generation and SchedulingYou are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environmentsYou are adaptable and thrive in changing environmentsYou are a strong networker & relationship builderAbout NormCyberEstablished in 2015, NormCyber is a multi-award-winning cyber security specialist, on a mission to provide organisations with complete visibility and total control over cyber risk.
