Are you ready to take on a high-impact role at the cutting edge of aerospace innovation?Our client, a leading force in advanced aerospace engineering, is looking for a Project Manager to coordinate and deliver complex, technical projects that push the boundaries of whats possible. This is a varied, hands-on role where youll be the driving force behind a portfolio of high-value programmes.What youll be doing:Leading cross-functional project teams to deliver business-critical outcomes.Acting as the key point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring project alignment and clear communication.Building robust project baselines, resource plans, and justifications with technical managers.Managing risks, resources and schedules across both individual projects and broader programme portfolios.Preparing detailed work breakdown structures and ensuring project milestones and stage gates are met.Driving clear and consistent communication across stakeholders.Supporting bids, from estimating and planning through to client presentations.What were looking for:Experience within Aerospace/ Defence preferred but not essentialEngineering or Manufacturing experience is essentialAt least 2 years experience delivering complex projects in a high-tech or engineering-led environment.A confident communicator, able to understand technical concepts with support from subject experts.Strong leadership qualities with a track record of delivering on time, within scope and budget.Experience managing stakeholders at all levels commercial experience a plus.Project management qualification desirable, but not essential if youve got the experience to back it up.This is NOT an IT Project Manager role, the client are looking for candidates with either Engineering or Manufacturing Project Management experience.For more information, or to apply, please contact Kieran Wilson
