Boutique cost consultancy in Central London are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. They are a polished, dynamic company with a very strong reputation in the luxury retail and hospitality markets. The role offers the opportunity to work with distinguished luxury and premium retail brands, in addition to exclusive hospitality clients throughout London and Europe. The role includes international travel to prominent cities such as Milan and Paris, Key responsibilities include: Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong, lasting relationships and ensuring their vision is realised to the highest standards.Leading full contract administration duties, managing all stages from initial appointment through to project completion.Managing the preparation and evaluation of bills of quantities and cost estimates with exceptional attention to detail.Overseeing pre- and post-contract responsibilities, including tendering, procurement advice, contract negotiations, valuations, variations, and final accounts.Supporting the delivery of projects involving international travel to cities such as Milan and Paris, with a focus on delivering excellence in some of the worlds most iconic luxury environmentsKey qualities and experience include: Solid experience working on high-quality interior projects, ideally from a cost consultancy13 years post-graduate experienceStrong understanding of the full spectrum of Quantity Surveying services,Excellent communication skills A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset who can take ownership and show initiativeCompetence in estimating is highly desirableOn offer is a competitive salary up to 57,000 with a good benefits package. My client offers standard holiday entitlement PLUS additional extended leave over the summer and the Christmas period and full MRICS training and support.
