Our client, one of the largest banks in Asia, who provides specialist investment and corporate banking services to an international client base, are now looking for a junior/mid-level finance lawyer, for an initial period of 6-months, to join their established and highly regarded Corporate Banking London legal team.The work in this team is broad in scope, so ideally, we are looking for finance generalists who will have likely amassed some general transactional banking experience, and knowledge of the LMA suite of documentation.
