We have partnered with a global EMI headquartered in London who are looking for an AML Lead to manage their financial crime team.The role:Lead the transaction monitoring and Fraud investigation teams, mentoring and developing team members.Continuous improvement of AML and fraud investigation processes and system enhancementsOversight and escalation point for all Fraud investigations Oversight and escalation point of all transaction monitoringProcess reviews to ensure effectiveness and adherence to policyEnsue compliance with applicable AML law and regulationPrepare and submit SARSConduct risk assessment and review all relevant controls for AML and FraudCollaborate with internal teams to identify trends and patterns and use data analytics for improvementsCandidate profile:Extensive experience in financial crime, AML compliance within fintech and financial servicesDeep knowledge of UK regulatory landscapeExperience developing and implementing AML policy and procedureExperience leading and managing teamsHighly analyticalExcellent communication and stakeholder managementKnowledge of financial crime software solutions and applicationsThis role will offer hybrid working with 2 days pw in London officeNo visa sponsorship is available for this roleNorthreach is an equal opportunity employer and we do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment based on race, colour, religion, sex, national origin, disability, or age.
