We are actively seeking FinTech Lawyers with the following qualifications:2+ years PQEQualified solicitor in England and Wales.Understanding of and ability to advise on transactional and regulatory matters related to digital assets, including cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, cryptocurrency lending, Non-Fungible Tokens, and decentralized finance.Experience drafting, negotiating, and reviewing contracts related to digital assets and blockchain products.Skilled in conducting legal research on the latest developments in cryptocurrency and blockchain regulations.Right to work in the UK and eligibility to practice as a lawyer in the UK.Epiq Counsel partners with industry-leading clients in support of their sophisticated interim talent needs.
