Were currently partnering with a leading client to recruit a Funds Lawyer for an exciting 6-month interim role based in London with hybrid working flexibility. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute your legal expertise within a dynamic and fast-paced financial environment. What Were Looking For: We're seeking a commercially minded legal professional with deep experience in funds and financial services, ready to hit the ground running.Key Experience Required:Proven track record in structuring, establishing, managing, marketing, and restructuring private and pension funds.Strong understanding of corporate, regulatory, and compliance matters as they relate to investment funds and fund managers.Experience drafting and negotiating service provider agreements for investment structures.In-depth exposure to the UK and European financial services sectors, with experience working on both regulated and unregulated funds.This role offers a unique chance to work on high-impact projects in the investment and asset management space, alongside an experienced and collaborative legal team.Location: London (Hybrid)Contract: 6 Months (Interim)Start Date: ASAPIf you or someone in your network fits the bill, lets connect!
