This is a fantastic opportunity to work on some of the UKs most high-profile and cutting-edge development and energy projects.Youll be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking construction team with the choice to be based in Glasgow or Edinburgh, supporting clients on major developments across the country. The work is varied, interesting, and high impactideal for someone looking to deepen their expertise in the non-contentious construction space.What Youll Be Working On:Advising on the construction elements of major property developments and regeneration projects, including development agreements, building contracts, and consultant appointmentsSupporting complex engineering and energy infrastructure projects think onshore wind, hydro, battery storage, solar, and moreDrafting, negotiating, and advising on a wide range of construction and engineering contractsWorking closely with a diverse client base of developers, funders, contractors, consultants, and public sector bodiesEngaging in business development activities and nurturing long-term client relationshipsWhat You Bring to the Table:Minimum 2 years PQE in non-contentious construction lawStrong drafting and technical skills, with a commercial and practical mindsetThe ability to manage your own caseload while collaborating on larger mattersConfidence to present legal advice clearly to clients and colleaguesEnthusiasm for the construction and infrastructure sector, and an eagerness to grow in this spaceYou'll be part of a team that's at the forefront of renewable energy and real estate innovation in the UK.
