Customer Care Specialist, Dutch Speaking - Global Medical Device Company - 12 month contract Planet Pharma is currently working with a global medical device company who are looking for a Customer Care Specialist to join their team in Deeside. The role offers hybrid working with 2 days a week in the office required. As part of this role, you will be responsible for responding to customer service queries and requirements across any Dutch speaking countries. You will also carry out order entry ensuring all orders are placed and validated accurately within the cut off time. You will also be responsible for:EDI order maintenance & management, reviewing EDI blocked orders, Customer portals & catalogues.Creating Backorder & Delivery Notification Reports. Email inbox management, responding quickly and efficiently to queries and requests.Daily Order Checks to ensure order blocks are maintained and updated to avoid delaysResponding to customer telephone calls, ensuring customer queries are answered as efficiently as possible. Measures of success in the role will by clear objectives and KPI reports to support daily activity and performance measurement.For this position, our client is looking for someone who:Has strong customer service/support experienceHas experience with order entry Native/fluent Dutch speaker and fluent EnglishNative/fluent French language skills is considered a plusThis is an exciting position for anyone looking to work as part of a global life sciences company.This is a 12 month contract with the opportunity to go full-time permanent or be extended at the end of the 12 months. You will receive a daily pay rate that is negotiable and dependent on experience.
