Mid-Weight FF&E Designer Luxury Hospitality40,000 - 48,000 I Permanent I AutoCAD I SE LondonWe are currently looking for an experienced FF&E Designer to join a thriving F&B and hospitality interiors team based in SE London.Specialising in luxury hospitality, the studio delivers projects of varying scale and complexity, from feasibility through to final delivery, around the World. This opportunity is ideal for a driven, detail-oriented designer with a flair for FF&E, and a genuine passion for creating exceptional interior spaces.ResponsibilitiesDevelop comprehensive finishes and furniture mood boardsProduce complete FF&E presentations, data sheets, and accurate specifications with associated costingsDraft detailed bespoke furniture and joinery drawings in AutoCADCreate visual layouts and elevations using PhotoshopManage and update budgets, procurement spreadsheets, and financial documentationLiaise with suppliers and manufacturers to obtain quotes and confirm lead timesOversee the coordination, delivery, and installation of FF&E itemsEnsure the sample library and materials archive are kept current and well-organisedContribute to design proposals and assist with tender documentationCollaborate closely with team membersBalance multiple assignments simultaneouslyRequirementsBachelors degree in interior design, product design, or furniture design3+ years of relevant experience working on upscale F&B or hospitality projects within the UKSolid understanding of FF&E design, including materiality, sourcing, and specificationProven ability to create and manage FF&E schedules efficientlyStrong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) and AutoCADExcellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skillsCompetence in interpreting technical drawings, especially furniture shop drawingsPrior site experience, particularly involving FF&E installations, is advantageousPositive, adaptable mindset with a willingness to take initiative and contribute to team successIf you are interested in learning more, please email claudia@bigblue.uk.com with your CV and Portfolio.
