We are committed to pushing technological boundaries and delivering exceptional products that consistently exceed customer expectations.We are seeking a hands-onHuman Resource Advisorfor our UK Production facility/s. In this role, you will implement and input into initiatives driven by our global HR team. You will play a crucial part in supporting our production workforce and contributing to the efficient operation of our production facility.Key Responsibilities:Employee Relations & Compliance:Provide day-to-day guidance and support on employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.Maintain a strong understanding of UK employment laws and regulationsRecruitment and Onboarding:Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, ensuring a great candidate experienceCollaborate with production managers to understand their resourcing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.Ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for new hires, including safety inductions and facility-specific training.Culture and Engagement:Drive local initiatives that foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing cultureImplement strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfactionChampion our company values and ensure they are embedded in all people practicesTalent Management:Support talent review processes and develop succession plans for key roles, focusing on skills development and career progression.Provide guidance and support on performance management, development planning, and career growth, ensuring alignment with overall goals.Compensation and Benefits:Assist in the development and administration of employee benefits programs, ensuring they are relevant and competitive.HR Compliance and Administration:Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations relevant to a production facility, including health and safety regulations.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation specific to the production workforce, including attendance records and training certifications.Prepare and analyse HR metrics and reports, providing insights and recommendations to management.Maintain current knowledge of HR trends and best practices in a manufacturing environment.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role within a manufacturing or production environment.Strong knowledge of UK employment laws and regulations, particularly those relevant to production facilities.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interact effectively with production staff.Proficiency in HRIS and applicant tracking systems.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of the organization, including production staff and management.Experience in dealing with shift work, and the challenges that arise from this.This position is based in Fareham, UK (onsite)
