Job Title: Site Cleaning ManagerLocation: Ellistown, Coalville Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday; flexible start/ finish times to business needsHours: 40 hrs a weekContract: Permanent positionMitie have a new opportunity!We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Site Cleaning Manager to oversee the operational delivery of janitorial services at the site, building excellent relationships with the client and your team whilst maintaining a high-quality service output.Role responsibilities: Manage all staff on-site, ensuring a consistent delivery of hours, in-line with the site budgetAdminister payroll for hourly paid staff both direct employees and agency in-line with company procedures and targetsCreate and promote a positive safety culture on-site where hazards are proactively recorded and a lessons learnt approach taken to limit accidents and incidents.Have a thorough understanding of Risk Assessments, Method Statements and Control of Substances Hazardous to health.Achieve excellent cleaning standards, exceeding client expectations, evidenced through the weekly cleaning standards audit undertaken with the client. Acting upon any potential failings and opportunities for improvement in a timely mannerDrive continuous improvements by seeking innovations, identifying efficiencies and negotiating with customers, staff and suppliersMaintain adequate stock levels and place orders as required and within the site budgetEnsure all equipment is well clean, well-maintained and safe, as well as It being operated in-line with the requirements of siteWhat are we looking for?Experience working in a Cleaning/ Healthcare settingExperience in Management, ideally of large teamsSomeone adaptable, motivated and organised with excellent timekeepingAn engaging and enthusiastic personality with staff, clients and stakeholdersCommercial awareness with experience of holding budgetary controlIOSH Managing Safety or comparable qualification - essential, or willingness to complete within first month of employmentMust be able to complete a Basic Disclosure and Barring Service check
