We have a fantastic opportunity with a leading Oil & Gas/Energy client, offering the chance to join their team for an initial 6-month contract (with potential to extend to 9-12 months)! Start Date: Beginning of June Duration: At least 6 months (with the possibility to extend) Full-time Hybrid Role: 3 days a week in the office (Central London) Inside IR35Key Responsibilities:Day-to-day advisory on UK Employment Law matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, performance improvement, and sickness absence.Provide extensive individual case management to the HR team, supporting various employee relations scenarios.Support on projects such as redundancies, TUPE, and reorganisation work.Assist in HR policy formulation and provide strategic input into managing employment litigation in UK tribunals.What We're Looking For: At least 3 years PQE (though we're open to more senior candidates with relevant experience)Strong advisory experience in UK Employment Law (disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, etc.)Knowledgeable in redundancy law, TUPE, and employment tribunalsAbility to manage a caseload independently while collaborating with the wider team.Please apply below or feel free to get in touch wit the team directly for more information.
