More specifically:Reactive MaintenanceLead and oversee all project work activities for mechanical and electrical systems.Prioritise and assign tasks to ensure quick resolution of any issues.Planned MaintenanceEnsure the delivery of planned maintenance, and project worksSome level of MTC experience would be beneficial but not essentialDevelop mobile working solutions and track remedial actions across all planned works.Resource ManagementManage and mentor a team of M&E technicians.Provide ongoing training and support to drive team performance and skill growth.Operational ManagementDevelop and implement strategies to improve maintenance efficiency.Drive improvements in planned maintenance processes and mobile solutions.Customer CommunicationEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction by responding promptly to maintenance requests.Work closely with the service delivery team to maintain clear communication with clients.Safety & ComplianceEnsure all maintenance work complies with safety regulations and industry standards.Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions where necessary.Stock ManagementOversee the procurement and management of spare parts, ensuring each team has adequate supplies.You will haveTo be successful as Mechanical Contract Manager/M&E Project Manager FM, you will be an experienced and qualified Mechanical or Electrical Project Manager with facilities management experience.
