The successful candidate will oversee the product development process, ensuring compliance with industry standards, optimising performance, and collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to maximise efficiency and return on investment.Must be able to demonstrate a record of achievement and significant successes in R&D management, preferably in the construction or faade industry. Have strong knowledge of faade materials, particularly aluminium, as well as steel, glass, timber, and plastics.
