It has achieved carbon neutrality across its global operations by 2022 and will achieve carbon neutrality throughout its value chain by 2028.About the role:We expect you to join our UK Delivery & Service team and bring your expertise in HR and Admin management in the areas of department and project workforce planning, onboarding management and optimising, companion & benefits, policies & procedures, bridge the culture gap, manage our current accommodations across different locations by working with department head and admin department, manage fleet or company cars etc.Key responsibilities:Department and project workforce planningGo deep into the business and formulate the workforce strategy for our Delivery & Service department by working with UK HR team, PMO and Procurement teamWorking with European Regional level Delivery & Service team and UK Delivery & Service team to develop the UK workforce planDeployment planning across UK projectOnboarding & offboardingSet up employee/contractor account on Success Factor and BSM systems following HQs guidelinesLiaise with Office Manager to prepare work equipment for new joiners and collect equipment from leaversDraft offer letter and employment contractEmployment documents verification and prepare checklist for according to all roles and customers requirementPrepare and optimise onboarding decks to enable new joiners and current staff can get correct and complete informationSubsequent and compliance check for all immigration, compliance (such as driving license) and qualification checkSupport for onboarding trainingCompensation benefitsKeep updating with market insight and market compensation benchmark for Delivery & Service roles and update the C&B policiesLiaise with HQ COEs to reflect compensation strategy and policiesHR Policies & ProceduresMake sure the HR policies/procedures comply with latest legislation as well as having suitable rules and measures to manage the staff.As part of the European and global HR team, you will implement HR processes, policies and standards in collaboration with the Chinese HQ and further develop existing solutions.Culture PromotionSupport HR Manager for comprehensive culture promoting programs by working closely with HQ Culture COE team and bridge the culture gap for local and regional D&S team.Support HR Manager for designing and organizing the corporate cultural activities aiming a positive outcome and cultivate a learning habit in our workplace.Other HR or Admin related work assigned by Head of Delivery & Service.Qualification and expertise: At least Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or HR Management or an equivalent from a university or accredited college5 years of HR relevant experience in an international company or a company with complex matrix5 years to work as HR Business Partner in delivery 'service function or construction/electrical sectorsFluent in both written and spoken English. Working experience with China or Chinese language is also an advantageStrong hands-on mentality and can demonstrate a broad knowledge and understanding of HR practices, policies, as well as experience in UK labour lawHave experience in a fast moving and complex changing work environmentCan manage multiple tasks and take immediate act on the prioritiesBe familiar with agile working methods and managing challenges with different time zonesStability and full attendance are very important for this roleHappy to travel across project sites in the UK
