Location: Doncaster (Hybrid 2 days in-office, 1 day from home) Contract: 12-month Maternity Cover Salary: 16,859.70 per annum Hours: 22.5 per week Start Date: Immediate start preferredKey Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive HR advisory support to managers and employees.Ensure compliance with current UK employment legislation.Manage employee relations matters effectively.Support wider HR initiatives across the organisation.Ideal Candidate:CIPD Level 5 qualified.Strong experience in handling employee relations cases.Sound understanding of UK employment law.Previous experience in the care sector is desirable but not essential.Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.Additional Requirements:Ability to travel occasionally across different sites if required.Comfortable with hybrid working arrangements.
