Identity Access Management (IAM) ManagerHybrid various locations70k 75kA global professional services firm are looking for an Identity Access Management (IAM) professional who is experienced in client-facing/consultancy.This person will be involved in large-scale IAM transformations and strategy creation and implementation.This is an ideal opportunity for those who want to take on complex IAM projects and have a passion for finding creative solutions.Responsibilities of an IAM manager Manage workstreams on complex IAM implementation and transformations.Scope and lead IAM projects end to end.Reviewing clients' IAM controls and creating remediation plans.Support wider IAM and Cyber team on projects where SME is needed.Mentoring junior members of the team and supporting the continuous development of the team.Requirements of an IAM ManagerProven experience working within a client-facing environment, e.g. Professional ServicesExperience defining IAM controls and processesExperience with Sailpoint or CyberArk is a big plusExperience with both delivery and business development activitiesStrong broad knowledge across IAM domains with an expertise area such as, enterprise identity, customer IAM, Access Management, or privileged access management.Understanding of broader Information security principlesExperience leading small teams and mentoring is helpfulIf this role looks interesting please apply or reach out to Georgia on g.cummings@ltharper.com
