Launched just 18 months ago, weve already sold over 3 million cans through our own DTC site and Amazon in the UK and USA, and were steadily growing month on month. With a highly engaged audience, a full product lineup confirmed and significant marketing firepower behind us, were now expanding into retail to bring Neutonic into the hands of millions more.Our mission is simple: to help people think clearly, focus better, and get more done without the crash. We create clean, functional products that combine research-backed nootropics with great taste and convenience. We offer a focused line of productivity-boosting nootropic products:Productivity Drink our hero product, a lightly carbonated nootropic energy drink.Focus Blend on-the-go caffeine-free powder stick packs.Brain Capsules stimulant-free cognitive support in capsule form.The OpportunityWere hiring a Head of Sales UK to lead and grow Neutonics retail and wholesale presence across the UK and key international markets. This is a ground-floor senior role for someone who thrives on building brands in retail from scratch. To date, we have not started our retail journey. Instead, we focused on building strong sales, retention, and community online first to prove traction and demand. With over 3 million cans sold and a full product line ready to scale, were now in the perfect position to secure major retail partnerships from a position of strength.Youll be responsible for getting Neutonic into stores, securing distribution, and building out a scalable national strategy starting with the right regions and retailers.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow UK-based retail relationships (grocery, convenience, pharmacy, fitness, specialty retail)Support both UK and international wholesale partnerships and B2B distribution accountsMap expansion by region using data from our online/Amazon customer baseSecure regional and national distribution partners (DSD or wholesale)Drive retail sell-through using your experience with promos, incentives, and in-store programming.Work cross-functionally with marketing to create retail-focused campaigns, demo initiatives, and seasonal activationsSet KPIs, own forecasting, and lead reporting on retail performance metricsLead buyer pitches, line reviews, and account management with key UK retail chainsProvide strategic feedback to internal teams to evolve product formats, pack sizes, and merchandising strategies.Must-Have Experience3-5 years in beverage or functional CPG sales, ideally with emerging brandsProven success launching a new brand into UK retail and securing early winsDeep experience with retail process and buying cycles.Proven ability to manage retailer accounts and grow relationshipsAnalytical and commercial mindset strong with P&L, margins, and sell-through performanceComfortable building a team and getting hands dirty this is a build phase, not a maintenance oneExposure to global wholesale or export distributionFurther Ideal ExperienceExperience with creator-led or community-powered brandsWorked in focus, energy, or nootropic product categoriesWhy Join NeutonicJoin a brand with proven momentum and a high-profile audience within its growth periodBacked by two of the most influential names in the creator and performance spaceCompetitive salary, performance bonuses and moreOpportunity to shape our UK and global retail presence from the ground upFull product portfolio across RTD cans, stick packs, and capsulesFast-paced, no-red-tape culture where execution is valuedDirect access to founders and commercial leadsLong-term potential to grow into a senior commercial leadership role as we scale internationally.
