An excellent opportunity for an International Supply Chain and Logistics Coordinator to join a successful international chemical products business.Work with a close-knit and friendly team in a fast-paced environmentLiaise with different stakeholders including suppliers, freight forwarders, warehousing, production and customersPlay a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient running of key business operations.Reporting to a highly experienced Operations Manager, main duties will include:Import and export of DG cargoCoordination of production with 3rd partiesLabelling and packaging of shipmentsMonitoring customers orders and deliveriesAccurate recording and management of the inward processing procedureProduction of import and export clearance instructions following the companys inward processing authorisationPreparing and managing weekly delivery schedulesMonitoring and managing stock levelsMaintaining accurate master data and inventory requirementsRaising purchase and production orders.You will have the opportunity to both learn from experienced colleagues and to introduce new operational methods.We would like to hear from candidates with previous experience within an international import / export company in a logistics / planning role.
