Theyre looking for a Spanish-speaking Payments Business Analyst to help shape and deliver cutting-edge payments solutions for leading global banks.Youll be joining a team thats transforming how institutions approach payments, using a flexible, low-code platform designed specifically for the modern banking environment.The RoleIn this role, you'll act as a vital bridge between business needs and technical delivery, gathering and refining requirements, designing solutions, and driving delivery across agile teams. Youll work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure solutions are practical, high-quality, and aligned with evolving market standards like ISO20022.Key ResponsibilitiesWork with stakeholders to capture and refine business requirements into clear, actionable user storiesCollaborate on solution design with architects and product teamsMaintain and prioritise delivery backlogs to maximise business valueRun agile ceremonies and contribute to a high-performing, delivery-focused teamEnsure new features are documented, tested, and production-readyProvide demos, support UAT, and liaise closely with clientsAbout YouYoure a proactive self-starter who enjoys solving complex problems and delivering real value.
