Legal Secretary / Assistant Part-Time | 25 Hours | 15,000 17,000 (22,500 25,500 FTE)Birmingham | Monday to Friday, 12pm 5pmAre you an experienced legal secretary or assistant looking for a part-time role with a supportive, award-winning law firm?Our Client is seeking a confident and proactive Legal Secretary/Assistant to join our friendly team of employment law specialists. Were a niche firm advising both employers and employees, recognised for our outstanding client care and modern approach to legal services.About the RoleThis is a varied and vital position at the heart of our firm. Based in our Harborne office, youll be supporting our solicitors and clients with a range of responsibilities, including:Acting as the first point of contact: answering calls, managing new enquiries with professionalism and empathyProviding high-quality legal admin support: transcription, document formatting, bundle creation (Adobe or Bundledocs), and moreUsing our CRM (Clio) to manage client matters, documentation, calendar entries, and ID checksHandling office management tasks: post, filing, stationery, liaising with suppliersAssisting with internal events, team days, and training bookingsMonitoring and responding to online reviews, maintaining listings like Review Solicitors and Three Best RatedWhat Were Looking For:Experience in a legal secretary or admin roleFriendly, professional, and approachable, especially when dealing with sensitive client mattersConfident with Microsoft 365, CRM systems (Clio preferred), and tools like AdobeExcellent organisation, time management, and communication skillsA proactive attitude and a keen eye for detailUnderstanding of employment law is a plus
