They are seeking an Asset Manager to support the performance and growth of their living sector portfolio.The ideal candidate will:Hold a degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Real Estate, or a related disciplineHave 24 years' experience in real estate Asset Management, preferably in residential or BTR sectorsBe highly numerate, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering high-quality work to tight deadlinesBe proactive, commercially minded, and comfortable liaising with both internal and external stakeholdersKey responsibilities:Assist with the day-to-day asset management of both operational and development assets within the BTR SFH portfolioAnalyse financial performance and operational KPIs against business plans, identifying value-add opportunitiesPrepare internal reporting packs and present asset performance updates to senior leadership and investorsBuild strong relationships with key external stakeholders, including property managers and joint venture partnersOversee third-party supplier contracts, monitor performance, manage payments, and recommend improvements where necessaryThis is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team in a fast-evolving segment of the residential market.Please apply below or visit me on LinkedIn (Alexi Lykiardopoulos) and send me a message there.
