Our product lineup includes:Productivity Drink our hero product, a lightly carbonated nootropic energy drinkFocus Blend caffeine-free powder stick packs.Brain Capsules stimulant-free daily cognitive support.The OpportunityWere hiring a E-Commerce Manager to take ownership of the Neutonic website and drive its performance. This is a UK-based role for someone who lives and breathes high-converting online stores someone who knows how to translate traffic into sales, spot drop-off points, and work with designers and developers to create an exceptional user experience. The website has dual warehouse connections, and serves customers around the world. We also have a strong subscription base that is running through SKIO.Youll be responsible for leading the day-to-day running and strategic optimisation of our DTC store, working closely with our creative team, engineering partners, and growth leads. This is a key role as we scale up operations and look to unlock the next phase of growth through owned channels.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage the day-to-day performance of the Neutonic DTC websiteOptimise site layout, functionality, and user experience to improve conversion and retentionTrack and analyse site data (Shopify, GA4, Hotjar, etc.) to identify opportunities and friction pointsBrief and collaborate with designers and developers to ship UX, CRO, and functionality improvementsOwn testing roadmap across landing pages, PDPs, checkout flow, and navigationCoordinate product drops, limited runs, and seasonal changes across the siteWork cross-functionally with marketing and operations to ensure the site reflects launches, campaigns, inventory, and messagingMonitor key ecommerce metrics (CVR, AOV, bounce rate, LTV) and build regular reports for the wider teamMust-Have Experience35+ years managing high-performing e-commerce websites in CPG.
