Were working with a leading UK law firm to find a talented and driven individual to join their Personal & Family practice based in Edinburgh.This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of Scotlands largest and most experienced teams of private client specialists. You'll handle a varied caseload from day one, with direct client contact across a diverse range of individuals, families, executors, and trustees both within the UK and internationally.What You'll Be Doing:Managing the administration of trusts and executries, including high-value taxable estatesPreparing Wills and Powers of AttorneySupporting guardianship matters and asset protection strategiesLiaising directly with clients and providing a first-class serviceCollaborating with partners, solicitors, tax specialists, and fellow paralegalsEnsuring strong financial management of your own caseloadContributing to the continued development and excellence of the teamWhat We're Looking For:Proven experience in a private client team is essentialStrong background in executries, trusts, and will draftingExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHighly organised, with the ability to manage competing deadlinesA confident, approachable manner with a genuine interest in personal legal mattersA proactive mindset with attention to detail and a commitment to continuous learningCase management and IT system knowledge a plus (training available)This firm is well known for its supportive culture, commitment to excellence, and opportunities for personal development.
