The position supports global investment operations, with particular emphasis on compliance with Luxembourg AIFMD, Irish UCITS, and Cayman fund regulations. Responsibilities include providing subject matter expertise on regulatory frameworks impacting portfolio management, maintaining governance documentation, and ensuring adherence to ESG and sustainability disclosure rules such as SFDR. The role also supports the wider regulatory compliance management framework, including control design, regulatory mapping, and issue remediation. It involves close collaboration with global teams, third-party management companies, and governance stakeholders to ensure regulatory obligations are met and the control environment is continually enhanced.
