Youll enjoy early responsibility, client contact, and a supportive working environment where your development is a priority.What Youll Be Working On:A varied mix of property investment transactions (sales, acquisitions, and leasing for major landlords)Property finance work, largely on the lender side, with some borrower exposureLeasing and asset management for a broad tenant client baseOpportunities to support projects across sectors, including real estate elements of energy and infrastructure developmentsRunning transactions end-to-end with support, including drafting and managing documentation and liaising with clients and other firmsYoull Thrive If You Have:NQ4 years PQE in commercial real estate (some prior experience in property during your traineeship or post-qualification essential)Strong drafting and communication skillsCommercial awareness and the ability to juggle competing deadlinesA collaborative and positive approach to working in a close-knit teamInterest in energy-related real estate deals?
