Senior Associate Director / Media / Inside IR35The roleA Media Agency is looking for a Senior Associate Director with media experience to help support in two key areas. As Senior Associate Director, the role encompasses two key client assignments.1. EMEA lead and key contact for client Head of Media (EMEA) role. You will be front of house, representing all the work developed and produced by our network of the EM local market teams. Key to this is ensuring local work is of the highest quality and showcasing the outcomes to the regional client, escalating any barriers to success along the way.2. Senior day-to-day lead for the agency team, with support from the GAD. Key to this will be developing a relationship with senior client stakeholders, supporting them in developing strategies and advancing media thinking, with a focus on client retention and growth strategies.AccountabilitiesAccountable to key client relationship in EMEA, as measured by Vantage and client service assessments.Accountable to the work and teams abilities to bring new and different opportunities to internal practice and client growth opportunities. Measured by delivery on new projects/solutions.Overall team goals ladder up to revenue targets. This role has shared accountability to the revenue from relevant clients.Experience: Proven client services experience at media agencies Leadership: the ability to lead, inspire and motivate direct reports and local market colleagues to unite behind single goal to identify best practice and produce even better work. Ability to develop meaningful and valued client relationships, and become trusted advisor/partner who can guide and challenge clients in a structured and well thought through way. Curiosity: Develop thirst for knowledge - use research and data to uncover relevant insights, develop business opportunities and enhance client conversations. A strong communicator who can hold high level discussions with senior clients, and use excellent written & presentation skills to develop reports, POVs, business cases, solutions. Change agent. Ability to affect change and challenge the status quo. Commercially astute. An understanding of costs and revenues on client assignments, and the importance of the inter-relationship between the two in delivering our client and agency goals.Start date: ASAPDuration: 3 months initially Location: London (On-site twice a week)Rate: Up to 500pd (INSIDE IR35)
