They are hiring for a Senior Marine Liability Claims Adjuster to join their collaborative claims team of around 30 professionals. Youll be responsible for handling claims, partnering with the wider business, and attending market meetings. Responsibilities:Producing feedback to underwriters and management with regards to the structure of their claim issues and related risk information with the goal to improve the overall standard of underwriting in the companyDemonstrate that Lloyds minimum standards are being met at all times and be in a position to assist underwriters and claims adjusters to progressEnsures all claims allocated are controlled within company philosophies and SLAs Providing departmental reports where requiredTo be present at market meetings and conference calls when necessaryEnsures all complaint related issues and all such incidents are logged and concluded in accordance with company policyAssist internal stakeholders, undertaking any other ad hoc activities/project work requiredTo apply, you will need to demonstrate the ability to manage a portfolio of US marine liability claims, experience within the London Market, and an ability to lead on claims.
