The Role Were looking for a sharp, driven, and entrepreneurial Founders Associate to work directly with the co-founders and leadership team. This role is a hybrid of strategic support, operations, and executive assistance - ideal for someone who wants to gain exposure across all areas of a high-growth SaaS startup and be part of key operations at the highest level. Youll have your hands in product, operations, finance, marketing, and customer success - and no two days will be the same. What youll be doing Working closely with the three co-founders to drive strategic initiatives and support company goals Leading cross-functional projects and ensuring effective collaboration across teams Supporting executive decision-making through research, meeting preparation, and follow-ups Contributing to customer communication and engagement, including product updates and marketing content Enhancing our digital presence and supporting growth across social media and marketing channels Conducting market and competitor research to inform product and go-to-market strategies Supporting customer success and operations, including payments, support systems, and vendor managementWhat youll bring with you Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment A sharp, analytical mind with excellent problem-solving ability Natural communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the business Ability to multitask and prioritise, staying calm and focused under pressure High integrity and discretion, especially when handling sensitive business information Curiosity, energy and the hunger to learn fast and take ownership Perks 25 days holiday + bank holidays Private medical insurance Tech allowance Learning & development budget Remote-friendly setup with flexibility Mental health support & wellbeing initiatives
