We are seeking two driven and passionate Warehouse Front Line Managers to lead a large team within the distribution centre working on a night shift. The shift pattern is 22:40 - 09:00, 4 on 4 off. This favourable shift pattern means you will only work 180 days over the year.The ideal candidate will be a natural leader, be self-motivated and hands-on with previous exposure to working within a fast based distribution or warehouse environment.Warehouse Front Line Manager package:The salary offered is be up to 38,000 + great company benefits4 on 4 off (22:40 - 09:00)Only 180 days worked over the yearOnsite gymSubsidised canteenStaff DiscountThe role as Warehouse Front Line Manager :Leadership and role modelling for circa 50 staff membersCovering inbound receiving, stock put-away, picking and despatch.Drives process change and improvements whilst maintaining Health & Safety as a priority and developing standard operational process ensuring accuracy of stock is optimised.Achieve and exceed operational KPIs and work with other departments on any deviations and corrective action plans.Driving operational efficiency across multiple disciplines and time frames ensuring resources coordinated in line with changing demands and deadlines.Championing engagement initiatives with up to date KPI monitoring.Develop and drive process improvements within start up environment.The candidate will have/be:Currently in a Warehouse Front Line Manager or Supervisor role, ideally within general merchandiser or related field.Be able to work on a night shift pattern 4 on 4 off.Notable experience of managing in a warehouse environmentWarehouse systems with Red Prairie knowledge an advantageMicrosoft excel, word & PowerPoint as you will be refining procedures and policies and procedures in the start-up period.BBBH: 33269
