So what will you be doing?In this role your responsibilities will be:Provide information to the Asset Planning team to enable them to establish the programmes required to deliver effective asset management through investment and repairs and maintenance projects on FCHO stock to agreed standards within legislative and statutory obligations ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.Prepare project proposals, including option appraisals, feasibility studies, planned maintenance reports and specific defect reports including site inspections and surveys.Assist with financial planning, budget setting and budget monitoring throughout the programme of works.Survey, report and specify works required for each project.Undertake inspections and surveys to ensure key performance targets are met.Liaise and chair meetings with customers and stakeholders.Provide a customer focused service to ensure that all customers concerns have been identified and resolved.Monitor completed works via post-inspections and monitoring of variations.Liaise with stakeholder on all matters relating to the maintenance of asset programme.Assist in the preparation of work specifications, bills of quantities, drawings and all other contract and tender documents for contractors and consultants.Use IT systems and where required, assist with the development and maintenance of IT and manual office systems and records.Attend, present and report back from tenants/resident group meetings, boards and committees.Maintain records to support service improvements and future regulatory inspections.Ensure that the companys Financial Regulations, Procurement Procedure and other relevant process and contractual obligations are correctly applied and adhered to.Contribute to the upkeep of the Asset/Property & Land Management databases, and implement a comprehensive data collection programme of key building components, their condition and optimum replacement cycle.Improve cost effectiveness of our planned maintenance by evaluating components using whole life cycle costing principles (stock condition surveys). Ensure impacts are monitored and acted upon with regard to improving the responsive, batched and cyclic repairs services.Ensure appropriate quality assurance systems are implemented to maintain robustness of data.
