Site Manager Structural SteelLocation: Luton (Office-based with site visits)Employment Type: Full-timeIm looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established structural steelwork company based near Luton. This role will be primarily office-based with regular site visits, overseeing the delivery and management of structural steel projects.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and coordinate day-to-day site operationsManage subcontractors and site teams to ensure safe and efficient project deliveryEnsure all works are carried out in line with health and safety regulationsLiaise with project managers, engineers, and clientsMonitor progress, manage schedules, and ensure deadlines are metConduct regular site inspections and report on quality and complianceMaintain accurate site records and documentationRequirements:Proven experience working as a Site Manager within the structural steel industryStrong knowledge of all site operations and safety proceduresExcellent communication and leadership skillsAbility to manage multiple teams across different sitesMandatory Certifications:SMSTS certificateCSCS card (or equivalent)Safety at Heights / Harness CertificateCPCS card (Slinger/Signaller)IPAF MEWP PAL+ Operators LicenceCompetency in use and changing of Abrasive WheelsAlloy Towers CertificateFull UK Driving LicenceThis is an excellent opportunity for a driven Site Manager with a background in steelwork to play a key role in the successful delivery of major projects.To apply or find out more, get in touch.
