By deploying our general-purpose humanoid robots in environments deemed hazardous or monotonous, we envision a future where human well-being is safeguarded while closing the gaps in critical global labour needs.ResponsibilitiesInteract with cross-functional teams: Design, Electrical, Controls to aggregate overall requirementsDesign and optimize 3D harness routing and packaging for electromechanical systems on different development stages from early prototypes to major design releasesCreate harness drawings/rework instructions for complex robot wire harnessesGenerate and maintain well documented and detailed drawings, parts lists, build manualsEnsure all designs meet industry standards, local regulations, and safety requirementsParticipate in creation of test procedures to ensure the quality of the harness assembliesWork with external suppliers and internal prototyping build teamSelect, evaluate and procure harness components for prototype iterationsTroubleshoot and quality check harnesses in the fabrication, assembly and bring up stages of multiple buildsExpertiseDegree in Mechanical EngineeringSolid mechanical engineering fundamentals: thermal, heat dissipation, vibration, strength, durability, corrosion-prevention, materials, etc.Strong knowledge of design CAD software (prefferably Solidworks and Altium)Experience in creating cable harness drawings, routing layouts, single line diagrams, build drawings, harness schematic capture, parts lists.First principles knowledge of low and high voltage systems, EMC Strategies, and robotics/industrial communications protocols (CAN, EtherCAT, Ethernet, RS-485)Experience with the use of common electrical lab equipment such as multimeters, continuity testers, Megaohmeters.Basic knowledge of mechanical prototyping processes including 3D Printing, CNC Machining, Welding, Sheet Metal FabricationBenefitsHigh competitive salary.23 working days of vacation per year.Flexible working hours.Opportunity to work on the latest technologies in AI, Robotics, Blockchain and others.Startup model, offering a dynamic and innovative work environment.How to ApplyDoes this role sound like the perfect fit for you?Fill in the form and include links or files that showcase the best of what youve built and achieved.
