Youll work with a dedicated team committed to maintaining the highest standards in food certification and safety.Job Purpose: Reporting to the PAS 2030 Inspections Manager the PAS / MCS Inspector is responsible for Carrying technical inspections and surveillance for a range of energy insulation measures.In accordance with The Amtivo Group Best Practice Guidance, MCS AND PAS Standards andTrustMark Extension to ensure continued compliance in line with PAS2030/31 and 2035 requirements. Through a development programme there will be training opportunities to further expand your knowledge of all insulation measures.Responsibilities:Carry out quality inspection to comply with the required surveillance rates in line with performance objectives and department KPIsGood Health and Safety practice and awareness of relevant regulation, providing briefing notes as appropriateCarry out customer guarantee complaint investigations in timely manner and prepare detailed reports of findings, conclusion and resolution.Administration:Carry out appointments in conjunction with the diary allocated by the planning team to maximise productivity.Complete required surveillance of installers in accordance with Amtivo Group process.Complete client review documents maintaining a record.Ensure all reports are submitted in a timely and effective manner in line with SLA .Comply with all procedures and processes and identify when changes and updates are requiredCommunication/Relationships:Working as a team to communicate and support the company vision whilst working closely with managers and colleagues.Act as a mentor and trainer to colleagues when required and make suggestions to develop products and customer service.Knowledge, Skills and Experience:In depth knowledge of the energy efficiency industry, technical requirements and standards, including knowledge of insulation systems and techniques.Familiarity with Health & Safety issues and the PAS and MCS standardsNVQ in energy efficient measure is essentialIdeally MCS qualified, however Training may be available for the right candidate.Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to work unsupervisedDemonstrate good IT skills and ability to analyse data and prepare reportsGood interpersonal skills, documentation and administrative skills and attention to detail.Clean driving license.Other Requirements:To undergo training and development in line with the needs of the business.To assist with other duties within the scope and nature of the positionSalary & benefits:Salary dependant on experienceField/remote working25 days annual leave, plus bank holidaysBonus schemeCar allowance/Company carCompany PensionEmployee Assistance ProgrammeHealthcare planHow to Apply:If youre ready to take on this exciting opportunity, please submit your CV and a cover letter outlining your relevant experience to recruitment@amtivo.com.
