Our client a well established, award winning independent Estate Agency based in Uxbridge are looking for an ambitious Senior Lettings Negotiator / Assistant Manager for their busy high street office. Dealing in Sales, Lettings and Property Management, they are the leading sales and lettings agent in Uxbridge and the surrounding area. Their experienced team has an ongoing commitment to delivering the finest range of estate agency and property services in an efficient and effective manner with the customers best interest at heart.This role is pivotal in facilitating property lettings, ensuring a seamless experience for clients, so the ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You must be very well spoken and presented, hard working and used to working to targets and deadlines.You must hold a full UK driving licence, and own your own car.Salary package and benefits of the Senior Lettings Negotiator / Assistant Manager role include:Basic 24,000 - 27,000OTE 30,000 - 50,000Monday to Friday every other Saturday with a day back in the weekBonus schemeCommission payPerformance bonusWelcoming working environmentExcellent career progressionGreat training and developmentCompany eventsSick payThe duties and responsibilities of the Senior Lettings Negotiator / Assistant Manager role includes:Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferencesConduct viewings of properties, providing detailed information and answering queriesNegotiate offers between landlords and tenants to achieve satisfactory outcomesMaintain accurate records of client interactions and property listingsCollaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations within the officeStay updated on market trends and local property regulations to provide informed adviceAssist in marketing properties through various channels, including online platforms and social mediaSkills and experience needed for the role of Senior Lettings Negotiator / Assistant Manager will include:At least 2 years' previous experienceStrong administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficientlyExcellent organisational abilities, ensuring that all documentation is completed accurately and on timeProficiency in communication, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with clients and colleaguesA proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a teamMust hold full UK driving licence and own your own carIf you have the qualities and experience our client is looking for, we are waiting to hear from you !!
