The position as Payroll Specialist UK will be a part of our Financial Shared Services department, which also includes Accounting and Accounts Payables. The position will be embedded in the local office but reporting to the Payroll Manager in the HQ - Copenhagen, Denmark.This role provides potential for growth within the company and the role offers an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to develop their career within Joe & The Juice.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The overall responsibility will be processing monthly Payroll in the UK Market with more than 1.000 employees. Fielding employee questions regarding payroll-specific topics. Ad-hoc Payroll / HR tasks as necessary.KEY QUALIFICATIONSProficiency in Microsoft Excel.The position is data-heavy when compared with a typical Payroll position. Working with, analyzing and processing dataflows is required. You have an eye for optimization and seek to influence and improve processes. At least two years of experience (more preferred) in Payroll. Detail-oriented and analytical, with a strong focus on compliance, process control, and user support.Approach problem solving logically.Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with finance, HR, payroll, and business users.Comfortable with digital tools and driving workflow automation.Proactive and structured, able to manage multiple countries and stakeholders.Work independently.Act with integrity.Approach communication judiciously.
