Youll be confident managing services in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment and comfortable working in both surgical and non-surgical sexual aesthetics, supporting male and female patients with professionalism and discretion.You will bring:Proven leadership in clinical or operational management within a healthcare or cosmetic surgery settingStrong planning, organisational, and problem-solving skillsExperience leading change management and service improvement projectsA collaborative, compassionate approach with the ability to influence and inspire teamsExcellent knowledge of governance, compliance, and patient safety regulationsAbility to manage performance data, budgets, and operational targetsConfidence and comfort working in a sexual wellness clinic environment with diverse patient needsThe RoleAs Clinic Coordinator, you will work closely with the Hospital Manager and senior team to lead the day-to-day delivery of clinical services, oversee service improvement, and ensure exceptional patient experiences.
