Were currently recruiting a Quality Engineer to join a thriving pressings business based in Manchester. Part of a successful and growing group of companies, this business prides itself on its ambitious, supportive culture and strong customer relationships.The company offers 25days + BH, Pension and a Bonus.About the Role:As Quality Engineer, youll play a key role in driving improvements across the shop floor and enhancing our quality culture. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, youll work closely with a skilled team of operators who are already trained in inspection techniques and the use of verniers, micrometers, and other measuring tools.Your focus will be on:Reducing defect ratesImproving customer resolution processesSupporting and embedding a proactive quality-first mindset across the businessWhat Were Looking For:Were seeking a hands-on individual from a strong engineering background ideally someone who has come up through the ranks, perhaps from a machine operating or apprentice route.
