This role oversees the full product lifecycle - from concept through to delivery- leveraging advanced data, analytics, and AI capabilities to deliver impactful and innovative solutions.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for data, analytics, and AI solutions.Define, maintain, and prioritise product roadmaps informed by market trends, user feedback, and business goals.Partner with data science and engineering teams to identify opportunities for AI/ML-driven innovation.Ensure product initiatives are closely aligned with organizational priorities and customer challenges.Embed AI, machine learning, and analytics into product features to deliver differentiated solutions.Lead end-to-end product development, from data acquisition and processing to insight generation and visualization.Collaborate with cross-functional teamsincluding data scientists, engineers, and analyststo design impactful, AI-powered products.Mentor and guide junior product managers, particularly those working in data and AI domains.Stay informed on emerging trends and best practices across AI, data science, and analytics landscapes.Ensure compliance with governance standards and resolve all risk and regulatory issues within defined timelines.Essential experience includes:Demonstrated experience managing products in a SaaS or software product environmentExperience of agile development, enterprise level software releases and in-depth knowledge of SaaS based solutionsStrong analytical skills and a proven success of data-validation, hypothesis-driven experiment tested decisionsExcellent stakeholder management skillsFlexible Hybrid working (please contact mary.fahy@fintech-people.co.uk for full details)Salary 80-100,000 Plus Benefits + Share Options
