Talent Acquisition Lead - Chinese SpeakingEuropean Tech Recruit are working closely with a multinational telecommunications company, based in Cambridge, who are looking for a Chinese speaking Talent Acquisition Lead to join their team.In this role you will be responsible for optimizing the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and alignment with the organization's hiring goals.Responsibilities as Talent Acquisition Lead:Building and maintaining a steady stream of qualified candidates for current and future positions.Oversee and refine sourcing, screening, interview and hiring process to enhance candidate experience and hiring efficiency.Work with the HR Business Partner, ensuring hiring managers are fully supported and trained in hiring practices to deliver a seamless candidate experience and consistent process.Building a network use of the internal recruitment system to ensure a future pipeline of talent is built.Ensure GDPR compliance throughout the recruitment process.Use analytics and internal recruitment technologies to optimize the hiring process and predict future talent needs.Requirements:7+ years in-house recruitment/agency recruitment experience (tech or semiconductor industry is preferred).Fluent Chinese / Mandarin language skills.Experience in designing and implementing structured, scalable recruitment framework.Strong analytical skills with ability to track measure, and optimize key recruitment KPIs (time to fill, cost per hire, candidate experience, etc.).Hands on experience in process improvement recruitment systemization.Ability to develop and execute high volume executive and niche hire strategy.Proven ability to lead, coach and develop high performing internal recruitment team.If this role is of any interest please apply directly on LinkedIn or send a copy of your CV to nh@eu-recruit.com.By applying to this role you understand that we may collect your personal data and store and process it on our systems.
