A well-regarded, market leading, Law Firm, offering hybrid working, is looking to recruit a talented Inclusion & Diversity Manager to join the firms HR team on a 12 month FTC basis. The Inclusion & Diversity Manager will report into the Head of HR and work closely with the I&D Leadership team and wider HR team. The key duties will include:Align current I&D initiatives under strategy to lead high impact I&D programmes.Act as subject matter expert and point of contact for I&D matters across the firm.Manage complex and sensitive diversity issues, analyse and review effectiveness and progress of initiatives and contribute to the on-going development and execution of the strategy.Identify and oversee risk management, compliance and governance for the I&D programme including meeting Law Society and SRA data return requirements.Manage internal and external I&D reports, diversity surveys and submissions.Maintain a good understanding of the external market and best practice, so to ensure that the firm is delivering a high-quality service amongst our competitors.Provide support to networks, including event management and awareness days.Evaluate programmes, ensuring they reflect best practice, focus on intersectionality and are operating within budget. Work with the Marketing and Communications team to ensure I&D work is communicated effectively to key stakeholders and the firm at large, embedding I&D within the firms broader work.Work with the Marketing and Communications team on external strategies to ensure firm is positioned as an employer of choice.Work with leaders across the firm to develop inclusive leadership capabilities and actions and ensure accountability.Support the Director of People and Culture on the Vision and Values programme.The Inclusion & Diversity Manager must be passionate about Inclusion & Diversity and be an advocate for this area. They must have a significant understanding and proven track record of delivering Inclusion & Diversity projects. The right candidate must be extremely organised with strong project management experience, they must also have excellent communication skills. They must be able to positively influence a team around them and have a collaborative approach.
